“Light Convergence Project,” Light Up the Future of Young Filmmaker  

As 的 coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak spread globally, it is one of the most widely feared pandemics with film and television industry worldwide has experienced a near-total cessation of activity. Thousands of workers not even lost their jobs but lost their incomes.  

Throughout this situation, many filmmakers struggling with the lack of funds, bottleneck of creativity, project dispute, and self-doubt that leading to difficulties in life and spirit. Hence, they urgently need attention and help from the community, especially for young aspiring filmmakers.   

As the understanding and care of talents in the film and television industry, Moonlight Pictures has established a professional charity fund project team and launched the Light Convergence Project in August this year to regularly handling special projects and actively raising funds. 

The charity fund project is managed by the Shanghai Overseas Chinese Foundation and was officially launched on Tencent’s social welfare.  

Furthermore, for young film and television creators who encounter economic problems, depression, or autistic emotions and other psychological problems during the creation or production of their works, and legal issues in project cooperation will get financial support.  

Additionally, there also professional psychologists to provide psychological counseling and experienced lawyers to provide legal advice.
