Doo Capital Markets SG Pte. Ltd. (‘DCMSG’), an entity under Doo Financial, a brokerage business brand under Doo Group, would like to inform our valued clients and the public of a concerning issue regarding the misuse of our “DOO” trademark by unauthorized entities. 

It has recently come to our attention that entities named “DOO FINANCE PTE.LTD.” and “Doo Financial SG Pte. Ltd.” are falsely representing themselves as part of Doo Group. We wish to make it absolutely clear that these entities have no affiliation with DCMSG, Doo Financial, or any other entities within Doo Group. 

Trademark Infringement 

Our associated entity, Finpo Holding Singapore Pte. Ltd., is the registered trademark owner of “DOO” (Trademark Number: 40202014611Y) and “DOO FINANCIAL” (Trademark Number: 40202101284Y) in Singapore. The names “DOO FINANCE PTE. LTD.” and “Doo Financial SG Pte. Ltd.” closely resemble our trademarked names, which can potentially cause confusion among our valued clients and the public. 

Fictitious Entities 

Neither “DOO FINANCE PTE. LTD.” nor “Doo Financial SG Pte. Ltd.” are registered with ACRA, indicating that these entities are fictitious. Furthermore, the address stated in their materials, 1 Temasek Avenue #23-01A Millenia Tower Singapore 039192, is not their actual place of operation. 

Forgery of License 

“Doo Financial SG Pte. Ltd.” has been using a forged capital markets service license number, CMS101427, potentially misleading clients and the public.
